Necessity! I was asked by the Grove Hall Board of Trade in 1994 to advance the emergence of minority business enterprises in the Grove Hall business District in 1994 in the Roxbury-North Dorchester neighborhoods in Boston, Massachusetts.

I usually tell potential customers or clients who confront me with the competitor discount scenario, "I would genuinely like to have your business but if I am to deliver the best quality service or product to your business I have to quote you my price for doing it based upon my actual cost and quality control measures. If you another source who can give you a lower price based their actual cost and quality control measures, then you should contract with them.
